actually an icon appears on my iPad , from where I don't know and the name mentioned just under it is " waiting....." i tried to delete it by pressing cross sign when it shakes then I chose delete to delete it , but it is still there. one more thing

But, from what your are saying, it sounds like iOS 8 is having an issue. If you would, your could restart your iPad a few times.
